  4. Bún thịt nướng

    This dish is served with grilled pork, marinated with ten herbs and spices and layered over cold rice vermicelli noodles. Pho V Noodle House and Sushi offers a wide selection of vermicelli-based dishes.  Bún thịt nướng is traditionally garnished with peanuts and dressed with a variety of savory sauces. Thịt nướng translates to baked or barbecued meat and bún, as you may have guessed, means noodles. Interestingly, this dish is popular all across Vietnam, except in Hanoi, which has its own version called bún chả. 

  5. Chả giò 

    This authentic Vietnamese rice paper-based egg roll is a classic. The exact recipe for Chả giò varies from family to family and even by region, so you may experience a completely different flavors depending on where in Vietnam you enjoy this dish.
