When the weather heats up, fresh sushi is my summer go-to! Here are 5 of the best summer-themed sushi rolls you’ll find at Pho V Noodle House & Sushi this season. 

  1. Fire Fly 

    Is there anything more nostalgic than a warm summer evening and glistening fireflies? The chefs at Pho V spectacularly capture this essence in a single speciality roll. The FireFly is carefully crafted with tender shrimp tempura, advocado, and cream cheese topped with spicy crab mix, seared yellowtail with ponzu sauce, tempura flakes, masago, and eel sauce. 

  2. Summer Roll (no rice)

    The name of this roll isn’t the only thing that makes this roll “summer-y”. This no-rice roll makes the perfect addition to a lightweight summer lunch or dinner.
