Stacy’s Mom – This roll pulls together shrimp tempura, cream cheese, and avocado. Then tops that with seared spicy salmon, spicy mayo, eel sauce, and fried onion. Full of well-orchestrated flavor!
Fire Fly – Again, it starts with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, and avocado. Spicy crab mix and seared yellow tale are put on top. And then ponzu sauce, shrimp tempura flakes, eel sauce, and spicy mayo finish it off.
